university of london union
We were contracted to re-develop the venue website for the University of London Union. They wanted an urban feel to the site and to promote a sense of community. This was done by using forums and live music blogs, run by specially selected students. We also used a 3D navigation system from infocube.net, to enhance the navigation experience.
The ULULive staff wanted full control of many aspects of the site, so a custom CMS was introduced. One of the functions was to allow the staff to plan their calendar of events using the website, then release the details to the public domain once the final approval was through.
Sadly ULULive have now stopped using this website and have reverted to a globally managed website through the union itself.
